January 8, 2015

Hello families and friends,

This morning we started with two rounds of Daily 5.  Then in dance we learned a new type of dance called funk.  After that we did some Raz Kids and Read to Someone with Ms. Goldberg's class.

This afternoon we continued working on our facts about polar bears.  Post one thing you learned from our book on polar bears in the comments below.  Then we wrote down some of our facts and labelled our sketch of a polar bear that we did yesterday.  Then in writer's workshop we continued our work on our imagination writing.

Fun Lunch is Wednesday, January 28th.

Scholastic Book Orders are due in tomorrow.

We will be returning to the Learning Commons next week.  Please help your child in remembering to bring back their books.

Have a great afternoon,
Room 74 and Mr. Soulliere
